Can I collect an online order in store?
Yes. Select pickup where available at checkout and wait for your pickup confirmation. Contact us if you need help with your order.
Do you have Nerite and Mystery snails in store?
Snails are part of our freshwater range alongside shrimp, fish and plants. Ask about Nerite and Mystery snail availability before visiting, and tell us about your existing livestock so we can help check suitability. Browse the current snail range.
Can you deliver livestock and plants if I cannot visit?
We offer delivery to eligible Australian destinations. We cannot ship live fish, shrimp, snails or live plants to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT) or Tasmania (TAS) under our current shipping policy. Livestock dispatch runs Monday–Wednesday; shipping charges and available options depend on your order and destination. Free local pickup is also available. Check the full shipping and pickup policy before ordering. Live orders are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee, subject to its reporting requirements and conditions.
