The Aquael Engine Circulator 350+ can serve as a practical replacement for the motor in an Aquael Hexa Aquarium Set, especially if the original motor is no longer functioning or available. While the Aquael Hexa is a distinct model, the Engine Circulator 350+ is versatile and efficient enough to perform a similar role within the tank.
Flow Rate: The Aquael Engine Circulator 350+ offers a flow rate of up to 350 L/h, which should be suitable for many aquarium setups, including smaller tanks like the Hexa. Ensure that this flow rate meets the needs of your specific tank environment.
Compatibility: The compact design of the Circulator 350+ allows it to fit easily into a variety of tank configurations. However, it’s essential to check whether the mounting and output of the Circulator 350+ can align with the original motor housing of the Aquael Hexa.
Installation: Replacing the original motor with the Circulator 350+ may require minor adjustments, particularly if the mounting brackets or suction cups differ from the original setup. Ensuring a secure fit will prevent issues with vibration or noise.
Efficiency: The Aquael Engine Circulator 350+ is energy-efficient, consuming just 4.5W, which can be a benefit if you’re aiming to reduce power consumption compared to the original motor.
If you're planning to use the Circulator 350+ as a replacement motor, it might be useful to check with Aquael or a specialized retailer to confirm compatibility and ensure that any necessary adjustments are made for a seamless fit.

However, the shrimp and fish you receive may be discolored and the reason of this issue is strong vibration during transportation and they're not be fed during the transport period
To handle this problem we highly recommend to you:
🚩Let the fish relax helps them adapt to any changes in water temperature in the tank. Also prevents pH shock - an imbalance between the water in the shop tank and your tank.
🚩Place the fish bag in a cool, corner, and dark place. Prevent the bag from being bumped, slipped, or dropped. This'll give your new fish a good recovery and acclimatization after a shaky ride from the shop to your home.
🚩Feed your old fish first to distract them, preventing them from bullying your new fish.
🚩Your new aquarium tank should have a pH of zero ammonia and chlorine before adding new fish.
🚩Turn off the lights, reduce the glare in the room, or limit the light entering the aquarium. This will help the new fish not be stressed.
