• To ensure the best condition for these rare fish,  all orders from this collection would be delivered by Express shipping ( delivery fee depends on reality distance).We highly recommend that you come to pick up your orders to avoid shipping charges and delivery hassles.
• We can’t ship Livestock and Live Plants to WA and TAS due to State Restrictions. Kindly check out our DOA and other policies before purchase!! 
• Our shipping schedule is from Mon to Wed to avoid parcels being stuck at post courier at the weekend. Usually, it will take 1-3 days for your door delivery. All shipping times exclude courier delays.
• Please follow the tracking number to pick them up quickly after they arrive and acclimate them carefully by dripping water from your tank slowly to their bag/container for around 1 hour, which helps them adapt to new parameters and temp.
