Purple Pencil Fish are a rare and attractive nano fish prized for their slender body shape and striking purple-red coloration. Their shimmering colours become even more vibrant under good lighting and in well-planted aquariums, making them a standout addition to any peaceful community tank.

These peaceful schooling fish thrive when kept in groups of 6 or more and are best suited to planted aquariums with gentle water flow. Purple Pencil Fish are active yet calm swimmers that coexist well with other small, non-aggressive fish and freshwater shrimp.

Diet: Omnivore – accepts quality micro pellets, flakes, frozen foods, and live foods
