NATIVE REGION:

Cardamine Lyrata is native to East Asia, particularly Japan, China, and Korea. It thrives in both submerged and emersed conditions in its natural habitat.

AQUARIUM SETUP:

  • Tank Size: Suitable for tanks of 10 gallons and larger
  • Water Parameters:
    • Temperature: 59-77°F (15-25°C)
    • pH: 5.0-7.5
    • Hardness: Soft to moderately hard water
  • Substrate: Nutrient-rich substrate for optimal growth
  • CO2: Beneficial but not necessary for growth; enhances health and appearance
