The Seachem Zip Bag – Small is a high-quality, reusable mesh bag designed for holding filtration media in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. Measuring 32 cm x 14 cm (12.5” x 5.5”), it can accommodate up to 1 liter of various filtration media, offering a compact and efficient solution for your aquarium needs.
One of the standout features of this bag is its corrosion-resistant zipper. Unlike traditional string-tied mesh bags, this secure zip closure ensures that no media escapes during use, providing greater convenience and reliability in long-term filtration setups. The bag is constructed from a durable, fine mesh that allows for efficient water flow while containing small media particles, ensuring optimal filtration. Its compatibility with various chemical and biological filtration media, including popular Seachem products like Matrix, Purigen, and Carbon, makes it a versatile tool for any aquarium setup.
Designed for easy cleaning and reusability, the Seachem Zip Bag provides a cost-effective and eco-friendly option for maintaining clean and healthy aquarium water. The sturdy construction ensures long-lasting use, reducing the need for frequent replacements and enhancing overall aquarium maintenance.

However, the shrimp and fish you receive may be discolored and the reason of this issue is strong vibration during transportation and they're not be fed during the transport period
To handle this problem we highly recommend to you:
🚩Let the fish relax helps them adapt to any changes in water temperature in the tank. Also prevents pH shock - an imbalance between the water in the shop tank and your tank.
🚩Place the fish bag in a cool, corner, and dark place. Prevent the bag from being bumped, slipped, or dropped. This'll give your new fish a good recovery and acclimatization after a shaky ride from the shop to your home.
🚩Feed your old fish first to distract them, preventing them from bullying your new fish.
🚩Your new aquarium tank should have a pH of zero ammonia and chlorine before adding new fish.
🚩Turn off the lights, reduce the glare in the room, or limit the light entering the aquarium. This will help the new fish not be stressed.
