However, our aquariums not only display our interest in exquisite or interesting fish species, but they also become part of our homes, our conversations, and our pride. Moreover, when we begin to correlate those dreams, we suddenly begin to realize just how many options there are.

Aquascaping is a studied art form that allows you to build an underwater landscape, incentive for many works come from both underwater locations but also natural scenes such as mountains, jungles, deserts and many other various scenes.

Designing an aquascape can be a challenging task. Aquascaping involves using simple principles of design and applying them to the aquarium. Searching for other aquascapes can help you decide what style and layout excite you the most.

Before we jump in and start exploring aquascaping, there needs to be a proper functioning aquarium habitat. Aquascaping arrangements can differ extremely from normal tropical setups.

This is because some aquatic plants need higher lighting and nutrient-rich substrates to flourish. Low sustenance aquascapes have since become popular in the hobby. These use minimum CO2, low fertilizer supplementation, and low wattage lighting.

Lower lighting arrangements can be just as dazzling but are limited to a smaller variety of plants. These usually consist of ferns, moss, crypts, and anubias.

Ok so now it is time to aquascape! Before we start, it is essential to keep in mind that the biggest factor in aquascaping is artistry. The internet will be able to tell you only some things, but with your sense of view and imagination, it is not difficult to build something truly inspirational.

Nothing is concrete, if you create something, create it and dislike it, take it down! Destroy and rebuild it as many times as you want until you are fascinated by it. Moreover, do not stop after getting something which you do not wish to achieve, keep doing it and you will eventually improve and will create something which is going to please you.
