We are happy to inform you that we will be selling our very own MYSTERY BOX. Everyone knows that we are striving to create rare, ultra-rare, and collectible products. We listed some of our products for sale however, Hoang decided not to list all of them due to lack of quantities that are not worth to list on our website.  Hoang has a sickness called " NOT SELLING " that made him hold into some of the ultra-rare products that we currently have and if sell them we'll get fired lol haha but as long as our customer will be happy and satisfied from it we won't get fired ☺.

So OUR IDEA of these Mystery boxes from MICRO AQUATIC SHOP is to unleash our creativity and unleash our rare inventory or items that have never been created or listed before on top of our uncommon and rare products in these Mystery Boxes! 

This also to measure our creativity so that we can strive to raise the creativity of our products and services to everyone. We will continuously raise our service bar to you our beloved clients!

P.S You can leave a note on your aquarium size if you purchase a bonsai box or anything that you do not want so we can tailor the box better for you 

Note:

We can’t ship Livestock and Live Plants to WA and TAS due to State Restrictions. Kindly check out our DOA and other policies before purchase!!

Other things to consider before placing an order:

* Check to see if your tank has enough space.
* Ensure your tank is fully cycled.
* Ensure your new livestock is compatible tank mates for any other fish you currently have (in terms of habitat, species, requirements, temperament, and size)
* Ensure that your water parameters, habitat and temperature are suitable for the species you want to introduce.
* Do not stock your tank too quickly, or suddenly a large influx of fish can unbalance your water parameters that will affect the water quality.
* Do not feed your new fish for 24hrs. They need time to settle in and feel at home. Feeding them too quickly puts their health at risk, and it can even affect your water quality. If you have existing fish in your aquarium, feeding them before releasing the new fish is a good idea.
* Don’t be alarmed if, upon arrival, your fish, shrimp or snail look pale or lethargic. This is normal behaviour while in transit, and they should return to full colour and vibrancy after settling into their new home for a few days.


Also, be aware that livestock often gets stress and lose their colours after the long travel to you, this often happened to most livestock ( shrimps, guppies, plecos, and so on, kindly make sure you have the right set up, the aquarium must be fully cycled with the ideal parameters. Fishes and shrimps will often take from 3-7 days to fully adapt to the new home. If you have any concerns with your set up kindly talk to us or check out some online tutorials before purchase.

At Micro Aquatic shop, we strive to provide excellent service and high-quality products, any concerns kindly contact us asap and often we will get back to you in a few hours during working hours. We do not accept claims when the livestock entered your aquarium as there might be so many factors that can affect the wellbeing of the livestock, on our part we can guarantee that we are always sending out healthy and quality fishes, plants and shrimps to you.

Important Notes:
Our goal is to use the fastest delivery service possible, although the shipping fee may be higher, we always want our customers to be satisfied and make sure the livestock arrives at your door safe and healthy.

** DOA POLICY UPDATED AUGUST 02 2023

  • For any livestock, you have in your order. If there is any dead problem during transportation. You can send us an email and the video of you receiving the package, if there is more than 50% damage, we will send a replacement, and if less than 50% we will send store credit.

** Area do not ship.

  • Western Australia.
  • Tasmania.
  • Northern Territory.

** Shipping Unit.

  • Startrack premium for livestock and Auspost for others.

 

  • StarTrack Company - StarTrack best courier in Australia (StarTrack Courier Service company of Australia's post office).
  • Auspost – Australia Post (Australia's national postal service provider).

 

  • We only ship from Monday to Wednesday. 
  • Any orders you make from noon Wednesday onward will be processed the next Monday.
  • All orders from Monday to noon of Wednesday will be shipped out in the same week.
  • For any livestock you have in your order, we will ship them via express services such as Toll and Startrack Premium. This will usually take 24 - 48 hours to reach you. (after leaving our workshop)

** For other shipping.

  • If you choose express shipping will be 1-3 days for business and 5-7 days for standard shipping.

Our shop always delivers healthy shrimp and fish with the best color of their own.

However, the shrimp and fish you receive may be discolored and the reason of this issue is strong vibration during transportation and they're not be fed during the transport period

To handle this problem we highly recommend to you:

🚩Let the fish relax helps them adapt to any changes in water temperature in the tank. Also prevents pH shock - an imbalance between the water in the shop tank and your tank.

🚩Place the fish bag in a cool, corner, and dark place. Prevent the bag from being bumped, slipped, or dropped. This'll give your new fish a good recovery and acclimatization after a shaky ride from the shop to your home. 

🚩Feed your old fish first to distract them, preventing them from bullying your new fish.

🚩Your new aquarium tank should have a pH of zero ammonia and chlorine before adding new fish.

🚩Turn off the lights, reduce the glare in the room, or limit the light entering the aquarium. This will help the new fish not be stressed.

  • Providing them with excellent water quality, giving them a good environment, and feeding them.
  • Fish that live in exceptional-quality water conditions shine brighter and are far more vibrant
  • Use water conditioner
  • A water conditioner is essential for a healthy tank and colorful, lively fish.
  • Provide good filtration
  • Perform weekly water changes
  • Perform weekly maintenance
  • Provide correct temperatures:
  1. Aquarium size
  2. Safe retreats
  3. Lighting
  4. Tank mates
  5. Species numbers
  • Color Enhancing Fish Food
  • Color Enhancing Vegetables, Fruit, Herbs, And Other Things:
  1. Bell peppers
  2. Bok choy
  3. Kale
  4. Winter squash

  7. Pumpkin
  8. Mustard greens
  • Crushed and Powdered Herbs are a good diet supplement:
  1. Turmeric

  • Premium fish food – using a variety of foods provides your fish with essential vitamins and minerals, keeping them healthy

  • LED lighting – available in many color spectrums, LED lighting is another way of enhancing fish hue.
  • Vitamin supplements – adding supplements to your fish diet can also help improve their coloring.

  • Contrasting colors in an aquarium is a great way to make the tank ‘pop’ with life and vitality
