I’m often fascinated by the beauty of Guppy. I already have a tank of Assorted Guppy Male but I don't want to stop there and plan to add another tank.
Okay, let's move it!
And the first advice for you is Assorted Guppy.
They are no less beautiful than later-bred guppy lines, they are easy to care for, have few diseases and reproduce quickly.
Assorted Guppy is not picky about food, water and tank mates, everything is really simpler than you think.
A few customers came back to the shop and told me.
In just a short time, they have a full tank of guppies and they share those healthy guppy herds with friends and relatives.
This is so meaningful, right?
You know I wrote an article: how I tamed the wild guppies right in my guppy tank.
I bet you'll want to know the secret, that's my true story.
I will leave the article link below if you want to know how I can do that.
Based On A True Story - I Tamed Wild Guppies Right In My Guppy's Aquarium.
If you want quick success in a short time get your guppy aquarium.
If I were you, I couldn't wait any longer…
And then if you want to add more colour to your guppy aquarium, I'm talking about Green Cobra Guppy.
The Green Cobra Guppy are active swimmers and move around a lot in the tank.
Most of the time, male guppies try to impress female guppies by wagging their tails after them.
Cobra guppies need an aquarium of at least 10 to 20 gallons to be able to swim comfortably.
How to identify female Cobra Guppy:
The female Cobra Guppy will have a dorsal fin located on the top, about 2 to 3 inches from the fish's head. They also have shorter dorsal fins and do not streak in the water when they swim.
Usually, you will notice that the males of these guppies are more brightly coloured and have a wider spread tail.
The Green Cobra Guppy is one of the most vibrant of all fancy guppies.
In addition, the males of these fishes have darker green bodies with clear colours and patterns on the snakeskin and have orange and black speckled tails and dorsal fins.
Water parameters in the tank:
✅The temperature 68℉ - 82℉
✅pH 6.8 to 8.5
✅Water hardness of between 10 and 28 dGH.
This species also reproduces quickly and they are not picky about food, they are friendly with tank members.
And you can quickly watch them for free here - Cobra Guppy for sale.
Black Guppy vs Platinum Snow White Guppy are two completely opposite colours.
And how special do you think your guppy's tank will look when you keep these two fish in the same tank?
I am envisioning a very unique and very attractive aquarium.
But personally, I like to have 2 tanks, because I want to ensure the original colour of the species.
Because when keeping them together, mating will happen and colour will be lost.
When it comes to Black Guppy, you might immediately think that they will be all black in colour.
But no, they will attract you with their wide-spread black tail comfortably swimming in the water. Their upper body is light in colour, not black all over.
And the same for Platinum Snow White Guppy
I’m raving about the song in the movie Elsa...
“Do you want to play with snowmen? Come on, let's go and play…”

You will see them have pink under the led lights like this aquarium.

Next are 3 Things About Santa Clause Dumbo Ear Guppy That Beginners Should Know.
There are 3 things you need to know when identifying and caring for Dumbo guppies: their appearance, their needs, and where to buy them.
Dumbo Guppies are flashy fish. Even the females have an impressive appearance with very eye-catching colours.
They are famous for their huge pectoral fins, which grow along the body of the fish, so they resemble the big ears of Dumbo elephants.
These guppies are also quite colourful and they mostly have a mixture of different spots of blue, black, orange, purple and sometimes green.
The best thing that I like about this fish is that both the male and female are colourful. And if we keep 1 male with 2-3 females in the tank, they will give birth to colourful fry.
Female guppies can also become aggressive when they are pregnant or under stress.
They will eat the babies after birth if the tank or spawning space is too small. This is a common phenomenon in female guppies so don't be shocked when you see it for the first time.
My advice is to separate the female from the young immediately after birth.
How to Take Care of Guppy Dumbo Fish?
Dumbo Guppies care is not complicated at all.
This species is perfect for even the beginner aquarist.
As tropical fish, guppies prefer to live in warm water temperatures of 75℉ - 82℉, requiring a heater to maintain a steady temperature.
The pH should be around 7 and the water hardness around 10-30 KH—guppies like to live in hard water.
How many guppies fit in a 10-gallon tank?
Adult guppies are about 2 inches in length, which is small compared to other fish in the community.
For a 10-gallon tank, you can keep up to 4-5 guppies.
I don't recommend keeping more as an overcrowded tank will require more maintenance and tank members will feel more stressed.
Where to buy Dumbo guppies?
Dumbo Guppies are quite rare and there aren't many major pet stores that sell this breed.
But you've read this far which means I know where to buy them and I'll definitely show you:
